Our software is used by healthcare professionals to access complete patient information, so they can optimise their work processes. On top of that, thanks to algorithms, AI and medical data, our users know and see more than ever before. Our data platform continuously maps the health of clients and provides this information back to the users of our EPD, namely doctors, paramedics and nurses, at the right time. What are you going to do

We are currently a team of 6 people. This gives us a lot of freedom and opportunities to improve our product and processes, and we are looking for a colleague with the drive to do that! As our new BI Consultant, you can best complement us if you are mostly technical oriented, although it is also important to have interest in contacting our customers. You will help with determining how to better organise our infrastructure, and how to better store our structured data, raw data and other transformed data sets. You will be entrusted with setting up quality checks, since we like to ensure that our dashboards and widgets are as reliable as possible. We are also happy to investigate with you what the best automated solution is to make reports available as regularly as possible.

Within Gerimedica we work Agile and cooperation and openness are important for us. For example, you will often work with customers to create actionable KPIs and other visualisations. You will supervise and train your colleagues professionally, and you will be able to introduce them to new techniques, tools and best practices. In this role you will have to deal with different business units and management levels, thus good stakeholder management skills are important.

Who are you

In brief:

• You have several years of experience in a similar position, and at least a completed HBO education

• Experience with SQL is required, Python and Javascript is an advantage

• You are skilled in designing ETL processes and have experience with BI applications such as Sisense, PowerBI and Tableau

• You are familiar with data modelling, data warehousing, cube development and database design

• You like the technical work, but you get just as much pleasure by being in contact with the customer

• Commercial thinking is one of your assets

• You learn quickly, are analytical and know how to convey information correctly and clearly

• Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
