HR & Talent Acquisition Internship

Start date: 1st of September

Duration: 4-6 months (option between 32-40 hours)

Gerimedica creates SAAS software for the  Dutch healthcare market. Our software is used by healthcare professionals to access complete patient information at any time, so they can optimise their work processes and execute their profession better. We provide services to more than 80 companies and have by >30k users a day. In order to increase our impact even more we are launching a new system in 2022. Requirements

Your role as HR & Talent Acquisition Intern:

  • Together with the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be recruiting new employees for our development teams mostly within Gerimedica

  • You will source and screen candidates, assessing their qualifications for our open positions

  • You will coordinate meetings and interviews with the team members and hiring managers

  • You will participate in onboarding, employer branding, learning activities and brainstorming sessions

  • Together with the HR Manager you will be working on optimising our personnel system Personio that has recently been implemented

  • You will be coordinating administrative tasks related to on- and off boarding, absenteeism and RI&E

  • You will be an important part of our HR team and we hope to give you lots of opportunities to learn, acquire and try out new skills and expose yourself to new situations!


Candidate profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a University, ideally in disciplines such as Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or similar, and now want to gain practical work experience at one of the top scaleups in the Dutch healthcare domain.

  • Preferably some work experience through internships or student-jobs, ideally in the area of recruitment, HR, sales or similar 

  • You have excellent English communication skills

  • We are looking for an outspoken, organised and proactive Intern that can operate in a dynamic and remote environment

  • A self-starter who can work independently

  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn

  • Availability for 4-6 months


The team

We are a small team of three people, Janique (interim HR Manager), Marieta (Talent Acquisition Specialist), Sara (Talent Acquisition Intern). We are motivated individuals who are passionate in working hand in hand to support the teams and its members and create the optimal work environment for Gerimedica.
