Are you a Scrum Master who finds fulfillment in contributing to the Agile expertise within the development teams? Then Gerimedica might be your perfect match. We create SAAS software for the Dutch healthcare market. Our software is used by healthcare professionals to access complete patient information at any time, so they can optimize their work processes and execute their profession better. We provide services to more than 80 companies and have by >35k users a day. In order to increase our impact even more we are launching a new system in 2022. Our ambitions are big and in order to reach them we are in need of talent!


You will be joining a team of 25 development engineers. Your main responsibility will be to make our practice in Agile working more complete, optimal and in a way that best fits our development teams and organization.


Your responsibilities

  • Coaching the teams in the Agile way-of-working

  • Challenge the teams in order to reach a productive and predictable process

  • Challenge team members to have constructive feedback

  • Together with our Engineering Manager helping each development team to become and remain a team by finding shared values ​​and making work agreements

  • Facilitating the well-known Scrum events

  • Helping the Product Owner prioritize the backlog

  • Encouraging the team and the Product Owner to develop backlog items into concrete activities

  • Removing obstacles and helping the team maintain focus

  • Arranging everything for the development team to perform optimally

  • Keep track of team metrics and help keep track of the sprint goal

  • Challenge team members to get the best out of everyone


Requirements

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master

  • Knowledge of agile development tools and techniques

  • Familiar with project management methodologies

  • Experience with software development is a plus

  • Goal oriented team player who is familiar with scrum methodology

  • Fluent in English

  • Communication skills, team player, methodical
